SEDGWICK COUNTY JUVENILE • WICHITA, KS

The Wichita, Kansas RWC office began work at the Sedgwick County Juvenile Court in mid June as a subcontractor to National Contractors, Inc.

The work being performed includes sandblasting, exterior and interior caulking, dampproofing and waterproofing.

This work is representative of the numerous projects RWC has completed for the City of Wichita over the last 30 years on the various buildings housing the administrative facilities for Wichita and Sedgwick County.

KANSAS UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL STADIUM • LAWRENCE, KS

The Topeka, Kansas office of RWC recently began work on another of the many projects they are performing with Turner Construction of Kansas City, MO.

This particular project involves repairs and improvements to the football complex. RWC’s work includes application and installation of sheet membrane waterproofing, traffic coatings, water repellents and joint sealants. It is anticipated work will extend into June of 2008.

RESIDENCE INN • KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI

The RWC office located in Kansas City, Kansas began work in July, 2006 on a long-range project at the Residence Inn at Tiffany Springs Parkway near the Kansas City International Airport. It is anticipated that this project will not be completed until late summer of 2007.

The work being performed by RWC includes sheet waterproofing, bituminous dampproofing, and exterior caulking at various locations on this multi-colored hotel.

The General Contractor on the project is The Killian Group based in Springfield, Missouri. The owner of the facility is J.Q. Hammons.
